Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the 7c78 platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("T&C"), the Privacy Policy, and all other policies published on 7c78.vip. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using 7c78.

These T&C constitute the entire agreement between you and 7c78 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the 7c78 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. 7c78 may request documentation to verify eligibility at any point.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using 7c78 in any capacity.
• You must be physically located in Bangladesh or be a Bangladeshi national permitted to access online gaming services at the time of registration and during all subsequent uses.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 7c78 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapable by a competent court or authority may not register.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from 7c78 for breach of these T&C, fraudulent activity, or other violations.

7c78 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and any pending withdrawals being placed on hold pending verification.

Account Registration and Security

When registering a 7c78 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Each person may register only one account on 7c78. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds in the duplicate accounts.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure. 7c78 recommends using a unique password not used on other platforms and enabling two-factor authentication where available.
• You must notify 7c78 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by contacting [email protected]. 7c78 will not be liable for losses resulting from failure to report unauthorised access in a timely manner.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be deemed dormant. 7c78 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before any dormant account procedure is applied.
• 7c78 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion if it determines that the account is being used in breach of these T&C, in connection with any fraudulent activity, or for any other lawful reason.

7c78 may conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time. You agree to provide any identification documents requested, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification and proof of address, within 72 hours of the request.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

7c78 offers deposits and withdrawals through a range of local and international payment methods. All transactions are subject to the following conditions. 7c78 reserves the right to modify payment methods, minimum and maximum limits, and processing times at any time.

• The minimum deposit is ৳100 per transaction via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may have different minimums as displayed at the time of the transaction.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. 7c78 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts and may return such funds if received, minus any applicable handling fees.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification.
• 7c78 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals made via local mobile money services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Network or service charges imposed by the payment provider are the player's responsibility.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes, 7c78 reserves the right to freeze account funds and withhold withdrawals pending investigation in cooperation with relevant authorities.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

7c78 may offer bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus rules are set out below.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion terms. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may only be claimed once per household or IP address.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless expressly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be processed.
• 7c78 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of suspected abuse, system errors, or technical faults affecting a bonus, 7c78 may void any affected transactions.
• Bonuses may only be used for their intended purpose. Using bonus funds to place bets that collectively cover all possible outcomes of an event (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation of the bonus and related winnings.
• 7c78 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amounts that were credited in error or obtained through fraudulent means. Where bonus funds have already been withdrawn, 7c78 may deduct the equivalent amount from future deposits or account balances.

Players who have opted into a self-exclusion or responsible gaming cooling-off period are not eligible to receive bonuses or participate in promotions for the duration of that period. 7c78 will not reinstate forfeited bonus funds once a self-exclusion has been activated.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7c78. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account requirement, whether through shared devices, shared payment methods, or any other means.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the platform in any way not intended for human users.
• Engaging in money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or using 7c78 as a vehicle to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt the 7c78 platform infrastructure, servers, databases, or any other component of the technical systems that operate the service.
• Colluding with other players, 7c78 employees, game operators, or any third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, bet, or promotional activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with 7c78, including but not limited to falsifying date of birth or identity documents.

Responsible Gaming

7c78 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity. All players are strongly encouraged to use these tools proactively.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Cool-off periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, login access is disabled and no bonuses will be sent.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break may apply for self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the minimum period expires.
• Reality checks: Players may configure periodic reminders showing the duration of their current gaming session and net outcome to date, supporting informed decision-making.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 7c78 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of 7c78 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 7c78 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the 7c78 platform without the prior written consent of 7c78. Any unauthorised use of 7c78 intellectual property may constitute a breach of these T&C and may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7c78 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the 7c78 platform. This includes but is not limited to the following.

• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, network interruptions, or other force majeure events outside the control of 7c78, including but not limited to power outages, natural disasters, and telecommunications failures.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security or to report a suspected breach in a timely manner.
• Any loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if 7c78 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Decisions made by third-party game providers or sports event outcomes that affect the result of a bet placed on 7c78. 7c78 is not responsible for errors made by third-party studios or data providers that affect game or betting outcomes.

Account Suspension and Termination

7c78 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these T&C; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; abusive or threatening behaviour directed at 7c78 staff; or at the sole discretion of 7c78 for any lawful reason.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account after deducting any bonus funds, pending wagering requirements, or funds associated with prohibited activity will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. 7c78 will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Amendments to These Terms

7c78 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these T&C at any time. Where a material change is made, 7c78 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Where notification is not practicable, the updated T&C will take effect from the date of publication on 7c78.vip.

Governing Law and Contact Information

These T&C and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 7c78 operates as an online gaming platform and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of 7c78 complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
