Responsible Gaming — Play in Control
7c78 is committed to keeping gaming fun, fair, and safe for every player in Bangladesh. Use our tools to stay in control of your time and budget.
At 7c78, we believe that online gaming should always be a form of entertainment — never a source of financial stress or personal harm. We are committed to providing every player in Bangladesh with a safe, transparent, and responsible gaming environment that puts their well-being first.
Problem gambling is a real concern, and 7c78 takes it seriously. We have built a suite of practical tools directly into the platform so that players can proactively manage how much they spend, how long they play, and whether they need a break. These tools are available to all registered players and can be activated at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
This page explains all of the responsible gaming features available on 7c78, how to use them, and what to do if you feel that your gaming has stopped being fun and started becoming a problem. We urge every player to read this page and to use these tools whenever needed. Remember: gaming is at its best when it is a leisure activity — one that fits comfortably within your budget and your free time.

Full transparencyUnderstanding Deposit Limits
Deposit limits are one of the most effective tools for staying within your budget. On 7c78, you can set a maximum amount that you are allowed to deposit within a given time window. The limit applies to all deposit methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
Setting a deposit limit is straightforward — navigate to your account settings, choose your preferred time period, and enter the maximum amount in BDT. The limit is applied instantly. If you later decide to lower your limit, the reduction takes effect immediately. If you want to increase a limit, a mandatory 24-hour waiting period applies to prevent impulsive decisions.
| Period | Default Maximum | Increase Wait Time |
|---|---|---|
| Daily | ৳20,000 | 24 hours |
| Weekly | ৳80,000 | 24 hours |
| Monthly | ৳200,000 | 24 hours |
Custom limits below the default maximums can be set freely at any time with no waiting period. We encourage players to set limits that reflect their actual disposable income — not their wishful thinking. Gaming is most enjoyable when it does not create financial pressure.
Self-Exclusion: A Serious Step Towards Recovery
If you feel that gaming is no longer under your control, self-exclusion is a powerful option that 7c78 fully supports. Self-exclusion means temporarily or permanently closing your access to the 7c78 platform. During the exclusion period, you cannot log in, make deposits, receive bonuses, or access any gaming content on 7c78.
Self-exclusion periods at 7c78 start at a minimum of 6 months and can be set permanently if needed. This is a genuine safeguard — not a cosmetic option. Once activated, 7c78 will not allow you to reverse the exclusion before the minimum period has fully elapsed, even if you contact support and request reinstatement. Your safety takes priority.
- Log in to your 7c78 account and navigate to Account Settings from the main menu.
- Select "Responsible Gaming" and then choose "Self-Exclusion" from the available options.
- Choose your exclusion duration — a minimum of 6 months up to permanent — and confirm your decision. You will receive a confirmation email at your registered address.
- Alternatively, email [email protected] directly with "Self-Exclusion Request" in the subject line. Our team will process your request within 24 hours.
If you need urgent assistance with self-exclusion or have concerns about your gambling, contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. Our team is available around the clock and will treat all requests with complete confidentiality.
Recognising Problem Gambling
Problem gambling can develop gradually and is not always easy to recognise in yourself. The following are common warning signs that gaming may have stopped being entertainment and become a problem. If any of these apply to you or someone you know, we encourage you to seek support immediately.
- Gambling with money that is earmarked for essential expenses such as rent, food, utilities, or education fees.
- Chasing losses — continuing to play in an attempt to recover money you have already lost, often leading to larger losses.
- Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when not gambling, or using gambling as an escape from stress or personal problems.
- Lying to family members, friends, or colleagues about the amount of time or money spent gambling.
- Borrowing money, selling possessions, or taking out loans to fund gambling activity.
- Inability to stop gambling despite repeated attempts, or spending significantly more time or money than originally intended.
If you recognise any of these patterns, please use the self-exclusion or cool-off tools on your 7c78 account, or contact our support team for confidential guidance. Seeking help early makes a significant difference.
Tips for Staying in Control
Even if gaming is purely recreational for you, following these practical habits will help ensure it stays that way. These are the simple habits that responsible players in Bangladesh use to keep gaming enjoyable long-term.
Decide in advance the maximum amount you are comfortable losing. Treat it as the cost of entertainment, not an investment.
Decide how long you will play before you start. Use the session timer tool on 7c78 to enforce it automatically.
If you reach your budget limit, stop. Chasing losses rarely works and frequently leads to spending more than planned.
If gaming is affecting your mood or relationships, talk to a trusted friend or contact the 7c78 support team for confidential help.
21+ Age Restriction — Strictly Enforced
7c78 is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be 21 years of age or older to register an account, make a deposit, or play any game on 7c78. This is a firm and non-negotiable rule that applies to all players in Bangladesh without exception.
During account registration, 7c78 requires all players to provide their date of birth and to complete a KYC verification process that includes submission of a valid government-issued identity document. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all deposits will be returned, and any winnings will be voided. 7c78 will report suspected underage gambling to the relevant authorities.
If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that a person under 21 in your household has accessed 7c78, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will take immediate action to investigate and close the account. We also recommend using parental control software to restrict access to online gaming platforms for younger household members.
